This office building, in which 3,000m² are reserved for co-working spaces, is intended to be collaborative, providing access to numerous areas for exchange and informal meetings. The working environment favours collaboration, user well-being and flexibility thanks to modular office spaces. These make it possible to respond to new ways of working with increasingly varied coworking models. In addition, these multifunctional spaces contribute to a sense of community. In addition to the work areas, the building has multiple indoor and outdoor terraces and an 800m² area of shops and restaurants offering a real living space.

Designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm Foster + Partners, the building has been designed from the inside out, focusing on the interaction between its users in a pleasant living and working space. The premises are organised around an atrium forming the heart of the building, surrounded by work spaces. The glass façade and roof promote a sense of well-being, light and interaction. This unique architecture aims at ideal working comfort, ensuring maximum user productivity.

This exceptional workspace is equipped with new technologies to further guarantee the comfort of its users. These include intelligent lifts, virtual reception, digital applications, intelligent energy management, sensors that can be used to retrieve a wide range of data such as temperature, air quality, sound level, and the presence or absence of people in the different areas of the building.
