Charles de Gaulle Airport

New extension to France's leading airport
Terminal 2E is part of the successive extensions undertaken by Aéroports de Paris. BESIX was responsible for the structural work on the central body, and the complete construction of the car park.

Central body

The central body of terminal 2E incorporates, over an area of 450 m x 70 m, an international departure and arrival hall, check-in counters, baggage delivery areas, shops and restaurants, plus storerooms, technical areas and staff locker rooms. Its concrete structure bears the signature of BESIX (civil engineering and structural work).

Car park

Terminal 2E has a car park of 3 underground levels, with an esplanade and a helicoidally access ramp, with space for around 6,000 vehicles. The civil engineering, structural work, finishing and its technical equipment of the structure, consisting of a concrete skeleton on piles, are all by BESIX.
